SHIPPING 

◼︎ When does my order get processed? 
    ◻︎ Although we strive for order dispatch within 24 hours, order volume and product availability may result in additional processing time. Orders are shipped Monday - Friday only. 
◼︎ How will I know when my order had shopped? / Can I track my order? 
    ◻︎ Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation message that includes          tracking information.

    ◻︎ Orders are shipped to the United States only. 

RETURNS & CANCELLATIONS 

◼︎ Is it possible to return a product? 
    ◻︎ At Mr Emblem, we strive to do everything possible to ensure our customers are satisfied with their online purchases. We are happy to assist you with the return of your online order. Orders may be returned within 7 days of ordering but are subject to a 25% restocking fee. These products are ineligible for return once installed or attempted installs. 
◼︎ Is it possible to cancel an order? 
    ◻︎ Yes, orders can be cancelled within 24 hours; however, once your order has been processed, we will be unable to grant cancellation requests and will need to start the return process. 
◼︎ Do I pay for return shipping? 
    ◻︎ The cost of return shipping will be deducted from the refund amount unless the return was due to product defect.
